How We Work
A clear process from first call to long-term support
Every project follows five simple steps. You always know where things stand, what comes next, and what we need from you.

In plain English
What working with us feels like
We aim for no surprises. You get a plan you understand, regular updates, and one person to ask when you have a question.

How it works
Our process, step by step
- 01
Discover
We learn your goals, your current setup, and where time or money is being lost. You tell us what success looks like.
- 02
Plan
We agree on scope, priorities, timing, and cost. You get a written plan in plain language. Depending on the project, we offer fixed quotes, estimates, or hourly billing.
- 03
Build
We work in short steps and show you progress along the way. You can give feedback early, when changes are easy.
- 04
Launch
We test carefully, go live with a checklist, and stay close during the first days. We move changes through local, staging, and production environments. See Infrastructure.
- 05
Support
We monitor, fix issues, and keep improving. Support is available 24 hours a day. During the day, we typically respond in 10 to 15 minutes. After hours, from 8 PM to 8 AM Pacific Time, we typically respond in 1 to 2 hours.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the size. We give a timeline after the discovery step.
Can the plan change midway?
Yes. Needs shift, and we adjust the plan with you and explain the effect on time and cost.
Will I see the work before launch?
Yes. You'll see progress throughout and test it before it goes live.
What happens after launch?
We move into support: monitoring, fixes, and improvements. We offer ongoing support plans, so you can choose the level of help that fits your business.
Do I need to use a specific tool?
No. We work in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Zoom, Jira, Teamwork, Basecamp, YouTrack, Linear, and Asana, and we can adapt to your preferred tools.
