Infrastructure

Reliable hosting and delivery you don't have to think about

We run your systems on major cloud platforms, test every change before it goes live, and watch things around the clock so your team can focus on the business.

In plain English

What is infrastructure, in plain English

Infrastructure is everything under the surface that keeps your website, store, or app running: the servers, the networks, the storage, and the tools that move updates into place.

Think of it like the foundation and plumbing of a building. Customers never see it, but when it's strong, everything above it works.

How it works

How we deliver changes

  1. 01

    Local

Developers build and test on their own machines first.

  2. 02

    Staging

A private copy of your live site where we and you can review changes safely.

  3. 03

    Production

The live site. Changes only go here after they pass testing and approval.

  4. 04

    Automated delivery

CI/CD (continuous integration and delivery) is a set of automatic checks and steps that test and deploy our code. It means fewer manual mistakes and faster, safer updates.

Use cases

What we set up for you

01

Cloud hosting

Your systems run on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, whichever fits your needs and budget.

02

Monitoring

We watch performance and availability and look into problems when alerts fire.

03

Backups

Your data is backed up every day so it can be restored if something goes wrong. Backups are kept for up to a year.

04

Security

Access is limited to people who need it, connections are encrypted, and software is kept up to date.

05

Room to grow

Capacity can scale up for busy periods, like holiday sales, and back down afterwards.

Why it matters

Why it matters

  • Less downtime. Your store and tools stay available.
  • Safer updates. Testing before launch means fewer surprises for customers.
  • Faster recovery. Backups and monitoring shorten the time to fix issues.
  • Predictable costs. We size the setup to your real needs.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can't find yours? Ask us directly.

Which cloud will you use for me?

We recommend one based on your needs, budget, and any existing accounts.

Who owns the hosting account?

It's your choice. The hosting account can be client-owned, so you hold the keys and we work inside it, or Hart-managed, so we run it for you. We'll agree on the setup at the start of the project.

Do you guarantee uptime?

We design for reliability and monitor closely. Our uptime target is 99.99%.

How are my backups handled?

Backups run daily and can be restored when needed. Backups are kept for up to a year.

Are you certified or compliant with specific standards?

We work with certified partners across DevOps, development, management and marketing, covering AWS, Adobe Commerce, Magento, Shopify, Azure and Google Cloud. That means the people working on your cloud and commerce setup have been formally trained and tested on those platforms. Ask us and we'll share the details that matter for your project.

Can you take over my existing hosting?

Yes. We'd start with an assessment of what's in place.
